Fast shipping
We offer quick shipping on all orders within the United States. Domestic shipping typically takes 2-7 days, depending on the shipping carrier.
We also offer international shipping to over 200 countries and territories. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, but may take longer depending on the destination country.
Please note that our processing time is 3-4 days due to the size of orders. This means that it will take 3-4 days for your order to be processed and shipped after you place it.
Shipping Protection
We offer shipping protection on all orders up to 15K. Prices will vary based on order value. Shipping protection is not auto applied, so please add it to your cart before you check out.
Shipping protection covers your order in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. To file a claim, you will need to provide the following information:
- Order number
- Shipping date
- Shipping method
- Description of the item(s) that were lost, damaged, or stolen
- Proof of purchase
Once you have filed a claim, we will investigate the matter and work to get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
